New Scale

So I had my husband to go to the store for a new scale. He got me one of those smart digital scales. Anyhow when I weighed myself It blew my mind. I knew that the old scale was kind of iffy but not that way off. It showed that I was 11 pound heavier. Very discouraging. I couldn't wrap my mind over it. I was in the dumps and just didn't do my exercise as I had planned that evening. I am over the pity party and heading to the family room to do my elliptical and 30ds L1 D2. In the evening I will go and adjust my weight on here and on ffl fb. Have a wonderful day everyone.

Don't forget to adjust your starting weight too. If you lost 20 pounds (or whatever) don't take that away from yourself.0
