I can't get enough of a new salad dressing I invented...

Bomomar's salad dressing.

25 calories per serving
6 tablespoons = serving

3 cloves of minced garlic
1/4 cup cilantro
3 tablespoons fish sauce
1 tablespoon honey
juice from 1 lime
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
2 tablespoons rice vinegar

    I've never heard of fish sauce. Is that an oil?

    Fish Sauce is not an oil.

    Look for fish sauce in the Asian grocery section. it's the salty in sweet,sour,salty etc in Asian food.
    made from fermented fish etc.
    It's actually nice in recipes ....even if it sounds gross!

    Sounds delicious - and 25 cals/6 tablespoons is a great deal!

    Subbing in light soy sauce and agave for the fish sauce and honey makes this a totally vegan dressing! :) Thanks for sharing!
