Looking to buy a cheap-ish exercise bike, but what kind?

Ok, so these are 2 that I found that are small-ish and in my price range, but I have no idea how to tell they're good or not? Help! Lol. The highest I want to pay is $200, but I'm really looking for something closer to $150. What are some good brands/ models? I have a small studio apartment, so I need one that's not too big or awkward if I need to more it. Also, I would prefer an upright one. thanks!

I really like that the second one folds and it's really small, but I can't tell if it would be a totally crappy bike or not...

You may want to check out any fitness stores in your area (Big 5, Sports Authority, etc...) and sign up for their email updates. I get coupons from Big 5 right around this time of year and they are decent coupons (20% off any item) - stuff like that. Plus you know all of those places put their exercise equipment on sale right after Xmas. I plan on putting a nice treadmill on layaway @ sears after Xmas (it'll be my late Xmas present to myself. LOL).

You could also check Craigslist, but I hate not knowing how someone took care of their equipment, and no warranty.
