Hydration Percentage

I have a new scale that does body fat % and hydration. I'm not counting on the body fat % to be extremely accurate - but I know it can be effected by hydration levels. I'm curious to know what the "hydration %" should be at. I'm at about 54% every AM when I weigh - so I tried weight in the afternoon, after I've had Am liquids. I drink A LOT of water, a minimum of 8oz per hour during my waking hours. I was surprised that even at noon, after being what I would consider well hydrated, I still was only at 54%.
I have hypothyroid, and I have reading up on this being a connection to hydration as well. I have a Dr Appt tomorrow, but was hoping for some information to arm myself with when I went in.

I'm not sure what I good number is but I know that it technically takes about 3 days to 'rehydrate' or level out the numbers... so you may drink more but your body can't absorb it that fast.[more or less]0
