So I was on the Cross Trainer beside this girl (about 30yrs old)... It seems she had the Level all the way up <like going up stairs> and the Resistance was at about 30 (for me: 25 is hard).... So basically it was like she was going up stairs...
So i tried it.... Boy that hurt....
Anyway usually i do level at 30 and resistance at 20 (for 30 min)

So my question is which do you think is better in the long run?: walking up big hard stairs .... and keeping you heart rate up...OR.... just keeping your heart rate up high <going up small stairs>
I burned 400 cal in 30 min...... AND she burned 411 cal in 34 min

Any reasons as to why one is better then the other?
