How do I get the recipes for the stuff I look up.. I want to make a tuna casserole but I can't find a recipe on the site for it!
Anyone now how to get the actual recipe I can just find the calories etc when I punch in that name.

    there is a recipe tab under food. You make your own recipe by entering the foods, the calories will be calculated.

    Honestly this site isn't very search friendly when it comes to recipes. There really isn't a database for them. If you go to the Message Boards, click on the Recipe group, then do a Search by name you should get some hits.

    skinnytaste.com has a lot of great recipes! as far as the tuns casserole you can figure out the calories by each individual ingrdiant..its a pain but you can figure it out on the food database!! good luck :happy:
