i recently saw a post on mfp about someone starting new rules of lifting for women and it made me curious. i looked up the website and some info on the book and the program and it sounds like something i may want to try. my question is for those on mfp that use it... how often do you do a lifting work out? i know that the premise of the program is to focus on strength training and not cardio, but i read some reviews of people that used the program in conjunction with some cardio. i am just looking for some real world advise i guess. if you use it, how many days a week and do you do it in conjunction with any cardio?

I think there is a group devoted to the new rules of lifting. You should search through them and join that group.0
