I make a lot of casseroles for my daycare kids. Kraft.com is a good place to look. I love meals that have veggies and everything else all in one bowl/plate. You can also change the recipes a bit to make them a little healthier. Lighter cheeses or milk, WW pastas or breads. Good luck!
