Need Motivation

I have been on a Plataue for about a month! Went on Vacation-- didn't gain any weight suprisingly but I feel I little sick and don't want to get back to the gym? Please help!

    I love Jillian Michaels DVDs. You get a kick-*kitten* workout without having to leave your house!
