I really hate that I can't get the same calorie burn from Zumba that I did before I lost weight. Has anyone ever tried doing Zumba or other aerobics in a weighted vest. If so, was it awkward? I expect it to take some getting used to, but was it ever comfortable and still fun?

What other exercises are good in a vest? I assume it would be perfect for squats and lunges (and much less awkward that trying to hold weights and do them). But anyone had success with other exercises?
