Fitness Classes

Hi Everybody,
I am trying to get some advice on fitness classes, and the best way to maximize their benefits. My gym offers many different classes: Bodyflow, Bodypump, Bodystep, etc. Everytime I do one of these classes I am really sore and stiff the next day, sometimes for several days.
My question is: When do I go back to the class and do it again? Should I go back while I'm really sore? 2 days later? If I'm doing cardio and other weight training in between, is a week too long? Will I lose whatever muscle I've awakened in the first class? How many times am I going to have to do it before it stop hurting?
Just wondering... I enjoy the classes, and kinda sadistically love the burn the next day too. I'd like to make sure I'm reaping the physical benefits as well.
Thanks!

For weight lifting you can do once week without losing the muscle.
Sore is actually a good thing. It meant your body is burning, start to build muscle.
For weight lifting class, I would do 2 times a week.
For cardio work out, you should try keep going. Actually the additional work out would make you feel better.
You can do every other day.
Hot tub after the work out helps also.0
