After being diagnosed with diabetes 30 May this year as of this morning's checkup I am: 1) No longer classified as a diabetic 2) no longer on any meds at all aside from my daily allergy tab. I was even able to dump the BP meds I've taken the last 10 years.

    Oh my gosh, I am SO THRILLED for you!!! (and more than a little jealous) That is fantastic news!!! You should treat yourself to something (a new outfit or spa day) to pat yourself on the back for all of the hard work you put in to getting here!!! Congrats!

    I'm pretty revved up about it, and I wish you could no longer be diabetic with just a change in diet Amber (hugs). I have a horrible cold and I'm treating my self on this rainy and dreary day with a cuppa.
