hi there,

is anyone here on a restricted type of eating plan? i am gluten free, beef free, and soy free- eventually i will be dairy free, too.
all of these restrictions are medical- i am not doing any of this for rapid weight loss or what have you.

so...i am wondering is there anyone else out there that can suggest some yummy foods that are part of this restricted style of eating? is there anything that is super delicious or that you swear by?

i am a big fan of plain oatmeal, quinoa and quinoa pasta, corn anything like pasta and tortillas, and whole food's gluten free sandwich bread! of course fruits, veggies, lean meats and whole grains are all fair game and i eat that often!

i look forward to your suggestions. if you know what it's like to keep eating the same things over and over, you must know what i'm feeling. your new food ideas will make my taste buds happy!

    one of my bestfriends is gluten intollerant, and her favourite food to eat is gluten free lasagna, if you can't eat beef, make it a chicken or veggie lasagna?

    You may or may not already know about Bob's Red Mill brand but check it out at: http://www.bobsredmill.com/ You can find it in most chain grocery stores ... :flowerforyou:
