I just recently heard about this... has anyone tried it and gotten any results? I'm a big fan of yoga so I'm thinking I'll enjoy the yogalosphy dvd. It says that it combines typical yoga with strengthening moves. Those who have it- how long is the workout? I know it'll never replace good old cardio, but I'm curious about it nonetheless and am hoping for opintions before going after the dvd. I've tried to find videos online to watch some of it but nothing's more than a couple of minutes and that gives me no idea at all really... so thanks for any opinions!

Oh well, I'll just give the dvd a try since no one's answering. It's only 14.99 on amazon. Afterall if it's Jennifer Anistion's thing it's gotta be ok right? haha

I know this topic was originally posted several months ago, but I'll just let you kno that I bought the DVD at target and I really enjoy doing it. I've only done it a few times now, but I can feel the burn for sure. I like the way Mandy talks to you as if you're in the room and she's honest- yes it's true, we are doing this for a good butt 9at least partly).

I will say, though, I hadn't heard of it prior to purchase. And originally bought it mainly because Jennifer Aniston was on the cover. (I love her)

Good to know you like it! Thanks for answering. I didn't end up buying it- I got sucked into high energy cardio kick boxing (turbo jam, tae bo) and now have about eight dvds of that that I swap out but i might just get the yogalosophy when I want something slower paced. Thanks!
