hi

how many times a week do you do kettlebell? do you think 5x a week is too excessive?

    I do it 3x but I throw in P90x too and running and strength training at the gym...it helps to have variety.

    2-3x a week, alternating with other cardio

    What you use doesn't determine whether it's excessive, it's what you do with it

    i do it three times a week. I use Jillian Michaels Shred It with Weights DVD. I love it. I use a 15lb kettlebell right now but hope to work upwards.

    Editing to say that I also do cardio three times a week.

    kettlebell training is like cardio. kettlebell training is cardio and strength training in one? i burn a lot of calories in a short time which i like.
  • I do 4 exercises with KB, mainly for warming up, then move to other wt lifting exercises, about 4 days a week. it's fun!
