Need some real, honest, and motivated friends!

I've tried with little success to get some of my friends to start using MFP. I'm realizing some people aren't as "in to it" as I am. Some of the other friends I've added through message boards have fizzled out at well. I'm really interested in hearing from some other MFP nuts who plan to stick with it, who are totally honest with their diaries, and are positive and motivated. (This sounds like a personals ad, sorry!)

A bit about me:

I'm a runner. I've run three half marathons and I'm training for my first marathon in February
I'm a recovering bulimic, so keeping track of the food I eat and making sure my meals are sufficient and healthy is a big deal for me. I'd love to have a friend or two on here who can keep me accountable.
I love cooking and trying new foods, so if you have great healthy recipes I'd love to share!

Looking forward to hearing from any of you!

Happy to hear you are recovering from your eating disorder, that's great! I love to run and am currently training for my first marathon in May 2012. I am always honest in my food diary. Sometimes I eat great and sometimes not as great, and my diary is open to the public. Feel free to add me as a friend. I do not usually have time to read through all my friends food diaries so I probably can't keep you accountable in that area though. Good luck to you on your journey either way :)

You can add me if you like. I'm not a runner but I'm addicted to MFP and have had great results these last two months. I plan to continue those results.
I religiously log my food, good and bad. I also comment a lot (probably too much?) on people statuses. I rarely critique diaries. I love to look at them and see how everyone is doing, though.
  • The part I like most about you is the fact that you want "real" diary's! No kidding huh? I have yet to see someone with my "poor" tastes in food choices. Or what I like to call 6 pringles here and some swedish fish there :)
