Follow Up: How to Break the Bad Food Cycle

Just wanted to say thank you to everyone who gave me ideas and support on getiing my healthy eating habits back under control. I've had a really focued day and feel great. I know its only the first day of my "reset" and still have some stressful situations that will rear their ugly head this evening butI have some strategies in place and will end the day positively.
To get back on track I did a combination of your suggestions:
1. Got rid of the junk food and planned my meals for the next few days. Then I went grocery shopping and got the supplies I needed to stick to the plan.
2. Re-wrote my list of goals and kept them with me through the day. Read them after every meal and when temptation struck.
3. Wrote how I was feeling throughout the day, helped to manage the stress.
Thanks again and if anyone has more suggestions for keeping the momentum going, would love to hear them.
