2. Pez chilean salmon oven baked then sauteed in an orange and white wine sauce accompanied with mashed potatoes
3. Medio Pollo Al Limon grilled half chicken, marinated with white wine lemon sauce, served with vesuvio potatoes and salad

I'd probably go for the shrimp dish.:flowerforyou:0
-
3 or 4. 3 sounds best to me, yum. "Sauteed" means pan-fried, and usually includes lots of oil. Not that one dinner's gonna hurt ya :flowerforyou:0

3 sounds like something i would get.0

You can get any of them. Just skip the potatoes. Ask them to substitute grilled vegetables or a side salad.0

why is steak a no no? I LOVE a good steak and a lean steak is not a high fat nightmare....steak gets a bad name but it shouldnt...plus it has great protein...check out the steak nutironal values...0
-
Thanx guys... You help me so much!0
-
I have steak too...just a much smaller portion and not as often0
-
Yea steak is not always bad... My body doesnt handle certain foods well. Like bread If I had bread every day and stayed with in my calories, carbs, etc. I would look bloated. its like my body takes time to process those foods....0
-
Get a lean steak- like a filet minon. When you consider the calories in those sauces (which are probably full of butter) the steak is probably the lower calorie option anyway.0
-
I would get the salmon or a lean steak like filet or even sirloin is leaner.
Mmm, enjoy!!0 -
If you like steak, go for the steak. Just try to keep the portion you eat down to the size of a deck of cards....you might even have enough left over to slice up and add to a salad tomorrow! Great protein, right?0

if you start witha steak the size of a deck of cards and end up with some left over....PLEASE tell me how....that is funny!!!Generally, steaks come out HUNKIN' HUGE! So if you only eat a small portion, (ie: about the size of a deck of cards), you WILL have leftovers. I do it all the time.
