  • I have been on a cruise for the last week and wore my pedometer...I did plenty of walking, lots of swimming, and a few trips to the fitness center (Running in the middle of the ocean is amazing!) Tomorrow I am heading to Universal, so I will be able to log some serious miles!!! Here is my tally thus far:

    Personally, I use a GPS enabled heart rate monitor/cycle computer, but others may have solutions involving smartphone app's etc. or just good old fashioned "magnet in the spokes" cycle computers.

    This maybe a stupid question how do you know how far you have done ?

    I use a GPS, but I also have a bike computer which I have set-up against the GPS so I know it is right
