I have been on for a while, but I am having trouble staying motivated. Busy life as we all have, but could use some friends in the same position.

Almost 40 and feeling the heat. I have some health issues that are contributing to the weight gain.....PCOS and if you have it you understand.

Would love to meet some like folks out there.
