i am probably one of the biggest procrastinators i know, i really need motivation to get back on track! who else has set backs in their daily routines? how did you get back on track?

    I try to remind myself of WHY I'm doing it in the first place. I also tell myself that I have never regretted eating healthy or working out, but I almost always regret skippig a workout or not eating right.

    I meant to respond earlier...but put it off until now....lol
    With my exercise sometimes I'll do twice as much if I know I'm gonna have to miss a day.

    Otherwise I just pick up where I left off
  • I imagine myself in a months time both if i got off my backside and if i didn't. No one wants to regret
