December goal--15/70
Did LOTS of walking yesterday--5 miles. I didn't count the time actually spent in the shops, though, just the walking to get to them. I SO love shopping downtown instead of at malls!0 -
Had a bad start this week. No walking because I had the stomach flu. Yuk! Feeling better now so it's time to dig in. I'm going to try and make up for the lost days on the Leslie December Challenge. Wish me luck.

Oh well - did Bootcamp Walk, 5 Really Big Miles, and Big Burn the past week.

I thought I wouldn't make but maybe I will. I only need to walk 2.5 miles a day for the rest of the month. That SHOULD be do-able but we'll see how things really go!
TeaBea--I LOVE Leslie's older videos! I have one a friend put on a jump-drive for me--it's called Walk off Weight and is from the 90s also, and she looks like a kid in it!0 -
