Workout Routine

Hey, I'm just curious about everybody's workout routine. I usually do biceps, back and abs on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, while on Tuesday and Thursday I focus on triceps, chest and legs. But lately I think I'm getting bored of my routine. Any suggestions to mix it up? Oh and any new exercises I should try, or mayb any favorite exercise you like doing that gives you the best "burn"?

  • have you ever tried bootcamp or crossfit? they target multiple muscles at the same time and are fast-paced so they incorporate cardio too. You can easily blast major calories in a single workout and you never get bored.

    I don't know how to lift properly. I try a little bit, but I feel like a fool, so I mostly stick to cardio. I was doing the elliptical for 30 mins and then cooling down on the treadmill because it has a built in fan, but I've switched out the elliptical for the stair climber thing.
