So are you gonna sign up for the record breaking longest drink in the world of history. I know a thousand years is as one day to the Lord but man I think you have close second. LOL Just kidding I know it's probably not easy. I have kids and man giving them medacine is like torture! Poor kids.0

I dont think having a thread about not wanting to drink your shake is any different from the 2 million threads about people wanting support to stop eating over their cals. Its interesting to read something from someone doing things a little differently.
I used to work night shift with a guy who was bulking for a competition and WOW ive never seen somebody put that much food away...completely amazing. Im in awe of the commitment and dedication it takes to do body building. If i had even an ounce of that i would look so good in a bikini. :happy:0 -

prop your pillows really high so you're elevated. Don't wanna get heartburn from that in the middle of the night.

This has got to be one of the first mostly positive posts I've experienced. I did one about a women marathon runner who ate McDonalds for 31 days to support Ronald McDonald house because her brother died from brain cancer at 13 and they were an important organization to her and man. Only a few acknowledged that she did a great thing. The rest were debating McDonalds food and not that they do allot of good for others. So I for one am here to support. Great job and keep up the excellent work.0

that is actuly the biggest problem with people.. they get mental blocks.. i have so many friends that used to be fat they are now like skinny.. unhealthy skinny but i cant get them to build muscle/bulk.. as their scared they will get fat... but honest to god!!! once u have that base muscle and ur skinnier ur burning cals sooooo fast! like i upped my cals by 2000.. i went up in weight like i said 10-12lbs n put on fat all i did was do little extra cardio n my BF% went back to what it was before i gained the extra 10-12lbs.. its rediciouls how u can control ur body... i think if u did a healthy bulk (extra chicken breasts, broccoli, almonds etc healthy foods) n then cut in spring or so u would like ur body a 100% more and ud never look back!!
smagnediggs - yes lol people and friends look at me like im some freak show because i eat every hour n half n if i miss a meal by 20-30min my stomach hurts n i need that food lol0 -

Friday, I'm doing the 1L of ice cream for time comp. Record is 3min10seconds. Not expecting to beat that though.
Previously done, 10 maccas snack wraps for time & most amount of weetbix (aussie cereal) in 5mins. That's how you can put away some cals.
I normally fast before them though cause it can be pretty damn hard! I didn't think I was going to be able to finish the snack wrap challenge actually.0 -

hope not to offend anyone but i feel the same as you... i find ALOT of posts here people seem to be very angry, mad, grumpy, sensitive, easly offended, and take things wrong way... or is it just me?0 -

Definately not! They forget that compassion and grace exist for a reason. I choose to act in that vs react. Tolerance seems to go out the window when the other person can't control the thread. I respect opinion but no one has the right to take ones voice away. I do believe there is such a thing as common sense and respect of the life of a person and the value they hold as a gift.0

The mental block is so hard to get over! I would start a bulk now, but I am going on vacation in like 3 weeks so I gotta be looking good right?? Haha I want to cut my body fat % down to about 17% before I start my bulk :]0 -
losing2live is a good example... just because her goal is to loose weight... my goal is effin retarded n offensive because my goal is to build muscle n bulk? i wonder if when someone posts "im craving a cookie please help me stay motivated" she goes in sais the same crap?0
