Not a true lover of fish unless it is cooked ILLEGALLY, battered and fried...

Does anyone have a good recipe that they would love to share that is TASTY and LOW CALORIE.

Continuing my journey to better health.

Steam fish with shallots, crushed garlic, crushed ginger, green chilles, tomatoes and corriander leaves with few lemon drops salt to taste..u can have with rice or bread...not sure if you wanted dry recipe or with gravy...
  • Tilapia dusted w/ Greek Seasoning (find in the spice aisle), pan "fry" w/ Pam. Add canned diced tomatoes w/ basil & oregano (DelMonte) and a sprinkle of reduced fat feta cheese. Cover to heat through and melt feta. Loads of flavor and easy.

my husband and I love Tilapia with cucumber/radish relish. I have to get ready for work but I'll pull it out and post it later if you want it. In fact that is what we are having for dinner tonight.
  • Poach smoked fish in milk and add salt and pepper to taste serve with crushed potatos - easy and low fat. I also love oven baked fish (seabass, haddock or cod personally) with fresh herbs knob of butter and a little bit of garlic serve with lots of veggies and either potatos or a wild brown rice :-)
