Help! Advice needed. Muscle Fatigue

Help! You guys, I need advice. My muscles are starting to resist doing my workout. They get tired immediately and I can't do anything to my best abilities. Should I be switching my workout or do I need rest? Or is there another reason? Please help...

    I would take a few days off at least, and depending on what you are doing switching up your routine may not be a bad idea. If you are looking for new workout ideas I would suggest you check out the book "New Rules of Lifting for Women" great advice and workouts are included.

    I agree with eric, but also, i would look to switch up your diet. You are very heavy in carbs and pretty low in protein. I would aim for 40% carb, 40% protein and 20% fats. This will help you obtain about 1g of protein per lb of body fat.
