Don't get discouraged. Push yourself harder and ease up on the fast food. All that processed crap really does a toll on your body. Try to limit the sweets too... maybe just choose one a day. Try eating more natural foods and measuring everything. Stay the course and keep fighting. You can and will get past this. : )0

Just wanted to send a post of support - I seem to be going through the same thing now and it is so frustrating. Wish I had some good advice. Personally I am just going to try to increase my exercise and stay the course on the eating. I have noticed in the past that a low carb diet will result in water loss so you could try an Atkins-type menu for a couple of days to see if that kick starts anything.
Personally I'm motivated by the people who say they went through this for weeks and it finally came off. At least that gives me some light at the end of the tunnel.
