Hi, my name is shae I'm 28 years old. I live in b'ham Al. I have delivered four children. Their ages are 11, 9, 7, & 6. My 9 year old daughter is deceased. At times I get depressed and find my self eating alot. I've picked up so much weight and can't fit into any of my old clothes. I ready know to get started with a great diet and workout plan. I know I can do it. It will be better if I had a little help to keep me motivated.
