I heard today about the Western Bagel Company and their Perfect 10 Bagel:

18g of protein, 9g of fiber, 140 calories, and 2g of fat- sounds like a pretty sweet deal... if they taste good. Has anyone else heard of them or better yet.. tried them?

They ship... but I wanted to make sure the juice is worth the squeeze first

19g actually.. surprisingly low also. They sounds almost too good to be true, which is why I'm curious about the taste.

WALMART!! with chesses & eggs!! But I eat the smaller version of it, what you are talking about is like an Original.
