Hello All!!

I am currently teaching English in South Korea and one of my teachers sent me some pictures. I couldnt help but think of how much I still wanted to lose. Then, I stopped and took a look at some before pictures! I am so happy that I took a break to realize how much I have accomplished!! I still have about 25 pounds to go, but I am happy about this!!!! I hope everyone has a wonderful day!! :)

    You've done a wonderful job, congrats! Never forget what you've accomplished thus far, it will be to easy to focus only on what you have left to do, and that can get discouraging at times. Keep those pics close to remind you of your success!!!
