No problems for me. What are the problems you're having?

so far I haven't had any issues... but I just bought my car in July and had 3 months free lol.. what issues are you having?
  • Call and tell them you are cancelling your service. I did that (and I wanted to cancel, they couldn't talk me out of it, I was just done with that bill every month) and they tried giving me 6months FREE! The woman really really tried talking me into it, so I bet they will work with you too!

No, never. The only "problem" we've had was when I forgot to update my credit card info. And that wasn't a problem really, I just gave them the new number. What are you experiencing?

I know when I called to ask a question a couple of weeks ago I so was NOT impressed with the customer service. I'm pretty sure that I won't be getting XM when my free subscription expires because my husband has Sirius and my car has XM so we can't "bundle", that's an unnecessary luxury for me. But it's a good thing for husband to have because he's an OTR truck driver.
  • they can't seem to get their billing right. i have been double charged for the second month in a row for both vehicles. this was after i spent an hour on the phone with them to correct a billing issue with my NavTraffic and NavWeather which i ended up cancelling. the other issue is that when i have time to call them in the evening in my time zone, my call is usually routed to someone with whom english is a second language. i'm about to close the my office door, have all my calls held and go ballistic on the first customer service rep that picks up the phone. rant done!

XM radio came free of charge for a certain amount of time when we got our car. I paid for it for a while when it expired, but ended up cancelling it. I was playing more cd's I made than listening to it so it didn't seem worth the cost. They will try to talk you out of it, be prepared. ha

My guy has an account and every so often he has issues. The biggest being that he has 3 devices registered....and they all bill at a different time of the month! After some rather heated calls because it looked like he was getting double or triple billed (they can't "bundle" them because of different start dates), we came up with a plan.... we will cancel them all, let the time run out on all of them, and then start over with a bundle package that starts all of them at the same time. If we didn't need it where we live (no decent radio signals here) we would just cut it all off.
