Some progress pics here

I am pretty pleased with the change here - Pic on left taken 1 July, right side, today, 5 months later.
The weight loss is pretty small - 129.6>126.8 so just shows there is more than the scales as a measure of progress.

Agree. The scale is not the tell all. I have been stuck on the same weight for over a week now, but the clothing is looser, feel better, knees hurt less.... the scale is just a tool, albeit often times an evil one.

Wow, I am encouraged!! Thanks for posting, it is very helpful. I just got to remember even if they scale doesn't move then I know something has to happen.

If you are training hard you *will* see changes, even if they aren't on the scale, and as the guys on Fat2Ftit radio say you don't goa round with your body weight tatooed on your forehead.

This is good to see. I have been very frustrated at my lack of weight loss. However, I have been measuring myself around my hips and waist. The difference there is noticeable! It's nice to know that although the scale may not change much, our size might! :)
