Hi I'm new to this site-just joined today. I'm trying to lose quite a bit of weight (and tone up!) because I don't want to be seen as: "the big one" anymore. However I went home for my birthday, ate birthday cake and home food and gained about 4lbs which made me very sad so I decided to make a real effort to get slim before I leave university in June.
I hope to be about 140-145lbs and I'm around 185-190lbs now, at 5'6and a half-ish haha. So I have quite a way to go, and a pretty difficult relationship with food (I comfort eat,boredom eat, just because it's there eat..etc ect) but I'm sure I can do it! Hopefully...discovered zumba a month or so ago and I've just upped to going twice a week, I walk everywhere and swim when I can (I've given myself a hectic uni timetable this year ) so I really hope I start seeing results if I continue with the exercise.
