Need ideas for exercises

I have bad knee's, I've had 2 meniscus tears and have some arthritis in one. Generally they are ok but our weather has been cold and rainy lately and I'm having pain in them, I also have plantars fasciitis in my heel.. I haven't worked out seriously since right before thanksgiving.. I am generally a weight lifter. Does anyone have any ideas on modifications on exercises, or exercises I could do. I know of some but not nearly enough to give me a full workout. Any ideas would be appreciated..

    Do cardio videos sitting down...as long as your moving your arms a WHOLE lot your still getting your heart rate up. Also you can do the stationary cycle if you have access to one...Good Luck!

    If you can find a water aerobics class, that might help you out. You can buy webbed gloves to add resistance for your arms but the water should help your knees and feet feel better! Good luck to you!
