Hi I have 378 calories left to eat and 87 carbs but no fats any ideas out there anyone?

either or i just want to cover my calories0

yeah today was abit messed up food wise I'm -3 on fat -8 on protien and suger is way over oh well always tommorow just wanted to be sure i have the calories in to cover my workout0

Yeah, I'm with Dave - that's sounds like a decent postion to be in for me... I love my carbs!! I'd do a couple of graham crackers or other fat free cookie thing and a little soy milk- but I'm not the healthiest person to ask:bigsmile:0

I know this may be a dumb question, but where do you find how much sugar you're allowed. I can see the fats, carbs and proteins, but where do you find your sugar limits?0
