Fellow Wanna-Be Early Birds!

I am looking for a group of people to join me in holding one another accoutable for getting up and working out in the early morning. My husband leaves the house at 5:30am (U.S. -EST), and I want to stay on track and do my work-out rather than climbing back into bed! Let's form a group (I have no idea how to do this) so we can "meet" each morning and cheer one another on! Who's with me??

    im in central texas and i get up at 5 am (lmao well i try too) not sure if our schedules will jive or not but im up for it if they do.

    I would, except in the morning I wake up, get dressed, drink my protein mix, then head out the door to the gym. No MFP in the morning for me! But great idea :)

    I'm up at 4:15 EST (or EDT depending) to work out before work. I leave my house by 6:15 to get to the gym. I'm game.

    I get up between 5 and 530, I drink my coffee and check MFP and email :smile: then workout......I'm on the West Coast.

    If I was in your time zone I'd love to join you -- I SOOO wish I could get my lazy butt out of bed in the morning. However I wouldn't have to get up until 5:45 central time... boo!

    I'm usually up by 6:30 and try to get in a quick workout, but I really want to aim for 6am and more exercise. This would be a great motivator!

    I'm game. My phone goes off at 6 ET, but I can get up earlier. Currently, the only thing I can do is walk because I fell this past weekend and either bruised or broke my rib(s) -- had x-rays taken yesterday. I'm excited. Let's do this!!
