Hello, my name is Dorenda. I am a mother of 3 kids - 10, 7, and a 3 month old. I have packed on about 50 lbs in the last 3 1/2 years. Now realizing that I am no longer young and my body isn't working like it used to, I need to learn how to diet and train to keep healthy and going strong. I currently am at 168. I have lost a total of 30 lbs so far, from weighing in at 195 a week before delivering. (of couse most of that was baby) I would like to get down to 135 or smaller! I have lost all confidence about myself physically since I had started gaining weight. I am finally -3 years later- tired of complaining or feeling insecure about how I look now. I want to feel sexy again! I want my husband to see me accomplish this and realize I am back!

Anyone, or anyone who has a great success story please add me! I have lots of questions!
