why oh why does the beginning of the week always kick my but

Here I am, it's Wed, I am sitting at 700 free calories for the rest of the day. . .I don't have the munchies quite so bad. . while Monday? Monday at this time, I'd eaten over 1300 calories, because monday is always so darn hard munchie wise. . I don't feel stressed, but can't come up with a clue otherwise why i'm hit with the munchie monkey so bad Monday/Tuesday,t hen the rest of the week can be a breeze :P

Probably has something to do with how your eating and workout plan flows on a weekly basis. You're just a bit lower on fuel during that period of the week for whatever reason.0

OP: I know what you meanI get the munchies really bad at the beginning of the week. Yesterday it was HORRIBLE! I wanted to eat everything I could find, but I managed not to! *wipes sweat off forehead*

I struggle at the weekend because no one else in my family wants to eat well at the weekends. I blame my husband..........for EVERYTHING!!!! Lol
I guess its the pressure of knowing you have a tough week ahead. Maybe if you give yourself a weekly allowance of 'munchies' you will find that you feel less guilty about eating them all before 9am monday morning?0 -

I really don't tend to eat as much munchies on the weekend, this weekend was horrid with the holiday, but normally i'm under calories even with low balling the burn from walking for 6 hrs. Monday/Tuesday are horrid, then the rest of the week is easy as pie. . .it's just frustrating LOL0
