I have Crunch workouts and then I think the other ones are like 10 minute solutions or Self yoga. just search them and they should pop up! Good luck

It really depends if you have only their streaming or the streaming and DVDs. I only have the streaming, but here is what I have found on Netflix:

- 10 Minute Solution programs
- Crunch programs
- Dance Off (although not entirely sure what that is, just saw it in the basic search)
- Various yoga workouts
- Various pilates workouts

I'd suggest watching through the show a little and picking what you like...

No tai chi, which really irritates me, but some good 10 minute workouts from kick boxing to crunches and a couple of dance ones, plus lots of yoga, too.
