Struggling!!

I missed 3rd last BOOTCAMP session and can't shake the last few kilo's! I'm really struggling to stick within my calorie goal and lacking motivation to exercise! Any thoughts/suggestions??

Who knows, you may think this sounds super silly and that is ok...but... what sometimes works for me when I start getting feelings of "Why?!" or "I'm happy ENOUGH with myself" or whatever, I sit down and write myself a list. I start with WHY I started this journey in the first place. WHERE I wanted to be when I started. HOW much further do I have to go.
I am a very visual person so this helps me. I can 'see' it in my head, but to SEE it on paper can make a world of difference. I hang the page on my fridge to remind myself of where I am continuing to go.
I also have pre pregnancy pics (from 10 years ago) that show where I want to be, side by side with where I originally was (250ish in highschool)... that makes me see that I can choose the direction that my body is going to go.

remember what you did to lose the 8 kilos...and ask yourself if you want to gain it back. If you don't want to gain it back, you'll get back to doing what was working for you. if, instead, you want to put the weight back on...then just continue being complacent about things. that's the way I put back on 50 pounds (plus some) in 20050
