Log 30 day shred?

Hi,
I downlaoded level one of the 30 day shred and I did the 30 min workout.I just don't know how I should log it.
Anyone any advice on it?

    Looked for advice on this earlier and seems lots log as circuit training. I logged it as 18 minutes to be safe (3 x 6 min circuits) excluding the warm up and cool down.
  • one of my friends logs her work out programs like that as aerobics, general and puts how many minutes

    most people log it as circuit training 20 minutes.... i made my own entry 30DS 26 min (includes warm up and cool down) and use my HRM

    I did the 30d shred level 1 yesterday using my hrm. I compared my calorie burn with the mfp circuit training entry and it was pretty accurate only less than 10 cals off.

    Hope this helps.
