Is it okay to let my 4 yr old son eat my luna bars, and the luna protein bars? He always sees me eating them and BEGS for them.

If they can survive pop tarts, I'm sure Luna Bars won't kill them.

I was thinking the same thing. I would sure give a child a Luna bar or a fruit and nut bar over a bowl of cereal or pop-tarts any day.
  • they have like kids cliff bars so I usually get my son those and he loves them. seems a good substitute for him. he likes the chocolate power bars too, but I usually only give him half of those at a time

It is probably fine, I let my 10 year old step son have some of a builder bar if he asks.

hopefully he's using them as a snack and not as his only meals...in which case I wouldn't see why it would be bothersome. It's not like it has a bunch of crap in it or harmful components.

Wow, thanks for all the quick responses. I figured it was fine since the first ingredients are like rice, soy, and oats. Agree it has to be better than a pop tart! :)
