Just started using Wii excerbeat, but the calorie burns seem pretty high for what I feel like I'm doing. I've only given myself credit for half of what it says too (20 min misc, karate, yoga, dance and things like that =347 cals?).

Any incite:flowerforyou: ?

Tried it once, and my mom caught me. I was too embarrassed to try it again.

what a bunch of maroons.. hahaha..

Excerbeat is a exercise program not a lot unlike Wii Fit Plus. It has all kinds of exercises in it, and its not too bad... I just thought that 570 cals in 30 min was not right.. (and I still don't think it is) ....

My friend Anita turned me on to this "game" and its even got its own personal trainer that you can use to guide you right on through a workout.

    Anything to keep moving =)

Been working with the excerbeat, and its really quite the workout. The today's challenge practice and actual game is how I start it off. About 15 min will be added to your Trained workout time. I usually take 20 min of "burn fat" category in the personal trainer section, has me sweating bullets and feeling the burn quite everywhere. Today it gave me a full round of boxing, and meringue dance ( one two cha cha cha...kinda fun!). Following that I usually try out a 20 min round of yoga and Pilates. Real nice slowing down and stretching/core building way to end the workout.

I only paid about 14 bucks for this game delivered from a game to your home by mail company. I give it a thumbs up, and suggest it for anyone who is just starting out or wants a guided exercise plan.

I cut my exercise teeth on Wii Fit Plus. It got me off the couch! :) Exerbeat sounds fun, I just might have to get it. I thought the Wii Fit calories were a bit high so I wouldn't be surprised if this game is as well. Have fun...Wii!
