Does anyone know the accurate nutritional information for NY

Does anyone know the accurate nutritional information for grocery store (Food City)-bought boneless New York strip steak, with all the fat trimmed off? I'm not sure how many ounces it is, but judging by the size (about 6" long, 2 or 2.5" wide, .5 or .75" thick) I'd say 4 to 5 oz, 6 tops. The choices on MFP vary way too much to know what's accurate (they range from 160 to like 600 cals for this). I can't afford to be that inaccurate with my calorie counting. Does anyone know the accurate information?

I try to use the non-user entered things for this. Anything without a star. Hold on and I'll find it....0

Here is a good site for checking nutrition values. Not sure how accurate it is but may be useful...

Beef - Short loin, porterhouse steak, lean only, cooked, broiled
I'd use that one from the database - the NY strip is from the short loin part of the cow.
For real accuracy, you might want to invest in a food scale. Something digital that tares and takes at least 3lbs will cost you about $20.0 -
Beef.org gives a calorie count of 307 calories for a 5 1/2 ounce steak.0

I think Rae's is the better choice.0 -
