On Dr. Phil yesterday the P.I.N.K. Diet was discussed. Has anyone tried it or know much about it? I am very curious about it. Any info is greatly appreciated.

I tried to watch that ep but it looked like an infomercial rather than actual info about losing weight/working out/health.

Any diet will work if you eat healthy and exercise and you dont even have to wear pink across your butt :)

I'm confused. P90X does amazing things for women and men both.

Thanks for all the input. I wasn't planning on buying it, but for the people who do buy it, it's $80!! I can buy a pink pair of work-out pants from Target for $15 and just lose the weight on my own. :)

Dr. Phil and the Doctors are jumping on the next band wagon. Last year it was the 17 day diet. They said, this is it. This is the only diet that's going to work. Now their saying the same thing about the P.I.N.K. diet. They never said what the diet was. Showed a few exercise movements from 3 or 4 of their dvd's. Another program just like any other.

lol, I agree. . . My mom saw that episode too, but I think things like that are good for people who don't know where to start and feel they need to order a product. But just saying people should eat better and exercise isn't that simple, we all have to start or make our mistakes somewhere. But no, I haven't tried this method, and YES, the old fashioned way works very well.

I wasn't aware Victoria's Secret had it's own diet.... I guess that's what I get for being cheap and getting my underwear and sweatpants at Wal-mart.

I agree..why pay money when you already know that eating right and exercise works when done properly? You can buy great exercise videos for $10 if that's all you need.... Seems like just another fad diet plan to me.
