I'm agnostic on carbs and fat, recognizing they're both good for me, both yummy, and can both be done in excess which is only a problem in that they take up the calories that might be more wisely spent. I just try for enough protein and to get close to my calorie goal (which is well above 1200) and let the chips fall where they may. I don't like extreme thinking in any environment.
