You just can't. They are two completely different compounds.
You shrink fat cells.

    Another rant wasted on semantics :noway: Really, is there anyone who actually thinks that a fat cell turns into a muscle cell, or do they just use the language to mean shrinking fat cells while building muscle cells?

    And yes, while we're at it, a pound of muscle weighs the same as a pound of fat, but muscle IS heavier than fat when comparing by volume, which is exactly what people actually mean when they say "muscle weighs more than fat."

    Our time could be better spent ranting about poor spelling and grammar. :tongue:
