so today in nursing class, the girls caught a glimpse of my name badge with my picture on it that was taken in september, when i started MFP and told me that my face looks a lot thinner now than it does in my picture! so i went through some old pictures tonight from july and am just now starting to see the results! i went from 230 down to 222 and its rewarding to see what 8 pounds lost can look like! its amazing! its been a rough last few weeks but im slowly getting back on track! check out the difference in my arm size too! eek!
