I work out and lift weights. I've been at the same weight for a year now. My calorie in take was 1600. I've moved it down to no more then 1200.

right now i net around 1550, but im thinking about upping it.0

I try and stay between 2300-2500 net calories a day.0

Base level before adjusting for activity is 1200, but I absolutely do adjust it for workouts and try to hit very close to the target.
When I work out enough, I find that I can actually stand in front of the refrigerator at the end of the day trying to find something worth 300 calories to round out my intake. Gotta love that!0 -
