Thank you all for your input.
I guess I thought the increased intensity of my workout & the the added workouts would have done the trick... It has really kicked my hiney! I fall right to sleep now and I am soo dry mouthed. That is the only thing I can think of is that I haven't been perfect on my water this week. Some days I have drank some but not the full 8+ glasses. Do you think that it would make that big of a difference? (the water thing?) or that the new intense workouts are doing something funky to my body??
Please let me know.

Man you are at 131??? That is awesome! I am same 5'2" too....and it is so hard!
140 is sticking like a peice of overcooked spaghetti to the wall!!
You def need to increase you water consumption when you work out more. Make sure to drink 8 oz 1/2 hr before you work out and then 8 oz right after. I dont know if it will keep you from losing weight though........hmmmmm good question.
are you doing a straight up work out or are you doing intervals? Everything I am reading says the interval or HIIT is what banks calls it...is the way to go when you are within 10-15 lbs of your GW
So I worked with a trainer to see what it was about. She would have be do jumping jacks for 1 full minute, then 30 bicep curls. Then jump squats for a full minute and 30 tricep curls.
I lost 2 pounds :noway:
Good luck! I know you ahve worked your butt off to get to this point and I am a BIT jealous but I will get over it!!

If your mouth is getting dry you need to either workout less or drink MUCH more water. I used to not drink that much water and and worked out a lot, and then my mouth started getting dry, but it was too late. I got severe dehydration. They had to hook me up to an IV and now my doctor makes me drink 100 oz of water a day. This could be why your tired as well..soo DRINK MORE WATER before you end up in the hospital!0

It seems like intervals. Before I got the My Fitness Coach I was making my usually wii fit jogging intervals by modifying the moves and making it more intense to raise my hr and then going back to the usual. The new game sees to incorporate interval like movements, jumping jacks, followed by grapevine or squat rows.
I also wonder if my try and a one day shock my body happened to be last night... I went over 200 calories. But was slightly under for the rest of the week. ???0 -

lol, I did that once on my birthday last year... I spent it in urgent care with a birthday Iv instead of a birthday cake0 -
I find when I have a shock day I have to really work at it. I am so used to this routine, it is really hard to change it.
Last week I ate a 1200 calorie lunch.......then couldnt eat anything for dinner.
If you are going to shock your system you have to go over your maint. cals. so Lets say 1700 is maint. cals for you....you add 500 and get no exercise for the day.
BUT you have to plan it or you will never do it.
I took my 2200 cals for the day and spread it over the entire day........I was still eating at 8 pm and it worked!
2 days later I started to lose again.
I guess we should be happy we are having an issue with so little to lose, but darn it is hard to be this close and not see the scale move any more!0 -
